Welcome to World Class Media. By using our reputation management services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to act for your business, and agree to these terms fully. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and contact information

  • Maintain an active payment method

  • Use the services only for lawful business purposes

  • Ensure SMS and email compliance

  • Follow Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other review platform rules

  • Ensure customers consent to receive messages

You are responsible for all content and messages sent through your account.

3. Description of Services

World Class Media provides digital reputation management services including:

  • Review monitoring

  • SMS and email review request campaigns

  • Review funnels

  • Review filtering workflows

  • Business listing updates

  • Reputation dashboards

  • Analytics and reporting

  • Customer messaging tools

Services may be updated, modified, or removed at any time.

4. Customer Data

By submitting customer lists or business information, you confirm that you have legal permission to use the data.

We process this data only to deliver services.

We do not sell or share your data with outside parties.

We may use anonymized data for internal analytics.

5. Subscription Pricing and Billing

Our pricing plans are:

  • 100 per month

  • 500 per month

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method on file.

Fees are non refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day refund window from the date of payment. To request a refund:

  • Email us within 30 days

  • Include your business name in the subject line

Refunds requested after 30 days will not be issued,

Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days.

7. Cancellation Policy

To avoid being billed for the next month, you must:

  • Email us at [email protected]

  • Include your business name in the subject line

  • Notify us at least 48 hours before the next billing date

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the billing date may still be charged.Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days.

Multi Location Accounts:

If you have multiple locations, you must list each location you want to cancel in your email.

Each location is treated as its own subscription unless stated otherwise.

8. SMS and Email Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper consent for all contacts

  • Ensuring all SMS and email messages comply with TCPA, CAN SPAM, and carrier rules

  • Honoring opt out requests

We are not responsible for legal issues caused by your messaging practices.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Create or request fake reviews

  • Incentivize reviews that violate platform rules

  • Harass or threaten customers

  • Upload illegal or fraudulent customer lists

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Removal of legitimate negative reviews

  • Specific increases in rating or review count

  • Placement or ranking results

  • Customer engagement or response rates

  • Specific business outcomes

Results vary based on customer behavior and business activity.

11. Liability Protection and Client Responsibility

World Class Media provides tools and automation but does not control or send messages on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for all outbound SMS, emails, automations, and review requests.

We are not liable for:

  • TCPA or CAN SPAM violations

  • Customer complaints or disputes

  • Review platform warnings or suspensions

  • Negative reviews or rating changes

  • Revenue loss or business loss

  • Data errors or messaging failures

  • Misuse of the software by you or your staff

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days before a claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Class Media from any claims, lawsuits, fines, penalties, or losses resulting from your use of the services, your messaging practices, violations of review platform rules, or any customer disputes.

13. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated terms.
